How can you raise your own ability, confidence and happiness and increase your personal security and freedom?
It has been said that we human beings live in a very tough universe and that the only guarantee of our security and freedom within it is to become more able.
This is very true. Absolute freedom may not be possible for a human being living on planet Earth but a person is as free is he is able and virtually everybody alive is living well below their potential level of personal freedom.
The more alert, observant and clear-thinking we are, the more quickly we can learn skills or acquire, absorb and process data and the more rational our decisions, the better equipped we are to deal with the vagaries life throws at us. The more adroitly we deal with those vagaries, the higher our survival potential becomes and the greater then our accomplishments and happiness.
The wrong direction to go in terms of surviving, is in the direction of reduced awareness and reduced ability to think and learn and act, for by so doing we reduce our capacity to perceive and understand the factors that impinge upon us in our environment, to process the data and execute an effective solution.
You want to be the effect of a speeding truck or an irate police officer? Well, try stepping into the road with your eyes shut, drunk or half asleep.
It is not of course a matter of merely being able or alert enough to predict, perceive, identify, assess and handle correctly threats to our survival. The other side of the coin, and at least equally important, is the ability to accurately identify, perceive, evaluate, utilize and expand those factors that assist our survival.
Both require intelligence and alertness.
Unfortunately there are many influences in our current society that seek to drive Man in the wrong direction, to dull his wits and thus inhibit his ability to communicate with and respond to the factors in his environment. And there are, sadly, those who seek to incapacitate or enslave Man by convincing him that the way to go is in the direction of impaired ability.
Among these, and probably the most destructive, are drugs and psychiatric treatment. Put simply, if you want to dull your wits, slow your reaction time, lower your IQ, muddle your thoughts, become more miserable, impair your ability to learn, damage your brain and nervous system and drive down your ability to succeed and survive as surely as driving a tent peg into the mud with a large mallet, then take drugs or let a psychiatrist work on you for a while.
By drugs, I mean street drugs, medical drugs, psychiatric drugs and alcohol. I have seen innumerable examples of what these things can do to suppress human ability and survival potential during my work in drug rehabilitation.
It is my own experience and observation that the worst and most damaging drugs are the ones peddled by psychiatry. People assume that because psychiatric drugs are legal, they are harmless or safe: they aren’t; and that wrong assumption has had catastrophic consequences for a great number of human beings.
Conversely, thanks to my great good fortune of having worked with a highly workable drug-free rehab program, I was able to witness first hand, the remarkable changes that occur in the ability of a people, their survival level and their consequent happiness, when they kick the drugs and flush the drug-residues from their system.
So the first thing you can do to guarantee your personal freedom is avoid drugs like the plague. There are alternatives aplenty to drugs in terms of resolving whatever is bothering you, although the peddlers of legal and illegal drugs will do their utmost to convince you otherwise.
Steady advances in the science of nutrition, for example, provide an immensely improved understanding of the body and brain’s complex interrelated systems, the role of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and other nutrients. Understanding has burgeoned greatly in recent years as to the destructive effects on the body (and via the brain, the mind) of entering into it toxins such as drugs and food additives and various other chemicals that do not belong there and which are not part of the human body’s evolution, any more than a car was developed and built to run on sludge.
As an adjunct to the science of nutrition, the science of the chiropractor and kinesiologist, to take just two examples, provide additional safe tools for locating and remedying various discomforts.
Advancing medical knowledge had found that many, if not all, so-called "mental" disorders and discomforts are physical in origin, a fact that psychiatry will seek to hide, for the simple reason that the knowledge removes all the pretexts for psychiatric treatment.
The list of physical ailments that can cause depression, for instance, is a long one and includes the ingesting of drugs and other chemicals, such as those that irresponsible food manufacturers enter into what you eat, as well as illnesses such as Lyme Disease, an infection deriving from a tic-borne parasite.
In fact, Lyme Disease can cause any of the mental disorders listed in psychiatry’s Diagnostic Manual. On the other hand, a good vitamin intake can of itself lift mood, and alleviate or eliminate nutritional factors that suppress it.
So the moral of this particular tale is: don’t take drugs; eat healthy additive-free, organic food as much as possible; take your vitamins and minerals; get yourself a check-up if you’re not feeling right mentally or physically and identify and handle any physical ailment; seek the counsel of a qualified nutritionist or study up on nutrition yourself and follow the advice of authors such as Adele Davies and Patrick Holford.
And don’t buy into the false psychiatric-pharmaceutical paradigm that you can find happiness or personal freedom in a pill. You won’t: it is simply a lie promulgated so as to make money out of you.
Of course, these are all ways of removing or side-stepping some of those influences which seek, whether through malice, greed or incompetence, to suppress your ability and alertness and thereby your personal freedom.
But what if there existed a methodology that equipped you personally with the tools to raise your own ability, alertness, reaction time, IQ and so forth way above your current norm? What would such a science enable you to achieve in terms of your personal success, happiness and freedoms?
Well, I am very pleased to be able to tell you that such a science does now exist. This is something new and unprecedented in the world and we are entering a whole new ball game in terms of making men sane, happy and well and placing in the hands of all men the means to help themselves and their fellows.
